Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TNB Repair And Maintenance Sdn. Bhd. (TNB REMACO) and Max Infrastructure Limited (MIL) was successfully held at TNB GenCo Building on 3rd May 2023.
TNB REMACO was represented by Board of Directors (BoD) of TNB REMACO YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Roslan Abd Rahman accompanied by Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Mohamad Azhar Abd Halim and MIL represented by Chairman of MIL, Mr. Ghulam Mohammed accompanied by Business Development Manager of MIL, Mr. Khaled Hossain.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TNB REMACO and MIL for the potential collaboration in the Operation & Maintenance (O&M), and Maintenance, Refurbishment and Overhaul (MRO) services in Bangladesh, as well as further enhancement of the gas turbine testing, repair, refurbishment facility of Repair Centre Klang to suit the potential market of the Utility and Oil & Gas Industry in Bangladesh.
This signing ceremony was attended by management and distinguished guests from TNB GenCo, TNB REMACO and MIL.
During the ceremony, both companies expressed their optimism towards this Collaboration and hope it will bring mutual benefits for both parties.
