In line with our government’s effort to reduce the issuance of cheques, TNB REMACO will be implementing credit service facility, whereby payment will be credited directly to the vendor’s bank account. The transaction cost for this service shall be borne by TNB for vendors with Maybank Berhad accounts. However, vendors with bank accounts other than with Maybank Berhad will be charged a nominal fee starting 1 February 2009 as below:- 

• RM0.80 for payments up to RM100,000.00
• RM4.50 for payments more than RM100,000.00

This charge is subject to change from time to time.

Vendors are advised to open a Maybank Berhad account so that your payments can be credited to your account faster and with no cost incurred.
